Joe Sullivan

Joseph Sullivan is an honorably discharged U.S. Army Airborne NCO with decades of leadership and service. A Bluffton family restaurant owner for over 23 years, he is deeply rooted in the Lowcountry and committed to giving back to the recovery community. Joe serves as a board member of Lowcountry Hope House and as Co-Founder and Vice President of the Spirit of Sebastian Foundation, focusing on recovery advocacy, prevention awareness, and rehabilitation. He also serves as Co-Chair of the 2026–2027 Mid-Winter Conference and will Chair the 2028–2029 Conference. In recovery himself, Joe is an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous, sponsors men, coaches youth sports, and mentors young men through the Boys & Girls Club, leading with service and purpose.
